What is MotoFreeXP?

A Dual Sport, ADV and Off-Roading grass roots ride and event organizer covering the Appalachia region, based in Pennsylvania. Small well planned motorcycle rides, trips and events.

    To create a network of like minded riders who collaborate and gather for non-street riding opportunities. Events and rides are only the mechanism for building out the rider network.

    We will cover the central Appalachia region: Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and Kentucky.

    There are many people who feel that you should have to pay lots of money for the pleasure of riding with them on publicly accessible roads and trails. That's not how we do it.

    There are plenty of existing rides and events with 100's of participants, live bands, slow races, vendor booths & banners, claimed expert speakers, entry fees, goodie bags, repetitive stories from veteran riders, food and drinking. MotoFreeXP offers something different; a small group of enthusiastic riders traversing well curated routes with little financial investment.

    How It Works

  • If you would like to attend an event, sign up.
  • Book your camp spot if an event requires it.
  • Prepare your motorcycle, gear and yourself for the event.
  • Show up. If you can't, cancel your sign-up please.

    • A few simple rules to follow:

  • Respect the land, forest, waterways, property & environment.
  • Comply with campgrounds rules: noise, fires, parking etc.
  • Keep your moto in good working condition.
  • Be prepared & self sufficient: tools, snacks, tubes, water, maps.
  • Do not cause problems and drama with partying.
